About
I am the Manager of Customer Experience overseeing the Technology Support and Library Services team at LSA Technology Services. My team provides the frontline support for faculty, students and staff in their technology needs incluing technology support and equipment checkout. As the Manager for this unit, I work closely with faculty and staff at LSA and beyond to understand their needs, plan for their projects and coordinate resources for them.
My work and education background is in libraries, archives and museums. With degrees from University of Michigan in Art History (BA, 2007), Archives and Records Management (MSI, 2010) and Museum Studies (Graduate Certificate, 2014), I am very interested in visitor/patron experience through best practices of customer service. I have worked at the University of Michigan since 2007 in various positions at University Library before joining LSA in 2015.
