About

Working with educational technology and pedagogy offers so many opportunites to make a difference in other people's lives.

My first experience with education environments was at Henry Ford Community College in 2001. Prior I worked as a software trainer and technical consultant for my S-Corp, Grantec, Inc. and as a technical illustrator for Ford Motor Company.

Online education is one of my interests. I taught online classes between 2006-2012 for the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and more recently for Cleary University.

I also taught traditional courses in the Journalism and Screen Studies unit of the University of Michigan Dearborn from 2003 until 2016. Some courses were online. I started at UM-Dearborn as a Lecturer I in 2003, and when I left that campus in 2016 I was a LEC IV.

Between the years of 2008-2012, I was an Academic Director for the Interactive Media and Graphic Design departments at the Art Institute of Michigan.

Between 2012-2015 I was a Program Manager for the College of Art Science and Letters (CASL) Online office at the UM-Dearborn.
