Congratulations to LSA's first Inclusive Campus Corps Fellows for successfully completing over 40 hours of diversity and inclusion training. LSA ICC is a fellowship program that offers student employees a unique opportunity to engage in professional development that will enhance their ability to implement inclusive practices and positive intergroup relations into their workplaces to help foster diversity on campus.


ICC Fellows participated in professional development trainings around responding to student concerns about campus inclusivity. They engaged with other student employees across campus to build understanding around improving campus climate. They also networked with LSA alumni and learned how to translate their student employment experience into marketable skills for a postgraduate career.
