The SLC is excited for Jazmin Williams-Hudson to join the professional staff team!
The College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) has renewed the SLC's Tutoring Program Level 1 Certification status through November 2025.
The Science Learning Center (SLC) is sponsored by the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA) to support teaching and learning in the natural sciences. We have two centers, each providing computer labs, meeting alcoves, study space and a loan desk for reserve and study materials.
Fall 2022 Study Groups
Online registration for Fall 2022 SLC Study Groups has begun and will continue throughout the term.
Fall 2022 Drop-In Tutoring for Science Courses
Drop-In Peer Tutoring has begun and is open to ALL students enrolled in the following courses for fall term: Bio 171, Bio 172, Chem 130, Chem 210 and Chem 215 through Thursday, December 8.
