George Vincent is the Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board of the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Cincinnati, Ohio. George focuses his practice on M&A and corporate counseling and represents both public and private companies, as well as the Cincinnati Reds. He has received a number of recognitions for his work, including being named “Lawyer of the Year” in Cincinnati for Corporate Governance Law in 2012 by The Best Lawyers in America. features more than 485 attorneys in 14 offices throughout the Midwest.
George is actively involved in the community, having served as Chair of the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, the Hamilton County Republican Party, The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce, Cincinnati Museum Center, The Christ Hospital, the Hamilton
County Board of Elections, the Queen City Club and the Cincinnati Art Museum.
