Dr. Robert C. Smith, professor of political science at San Francisco State University, has published a new book entitled, Hanes Walton, Jr.: Architect of the Black Science of Politics. Hanes Walton, Jr was professor of political science at the University of Michigan. We remember Professor Walton for his scholarship, mentorship and spirit.
