Dincecco Wins Best Book
Mark Dincecco, assistant professor in the department of political science at the University of Michigan, is the 2018 Winner of the Riker Best Book Award of APSA's Political Economy Section for his book From Warfare to Wealth.
The selection committee members (Professors James Long, Matthew Winters, and Gary Cox) say they "were impressed by its merging of theory, historical context, and innovative data analytics."
Professor Dincecco specializes in historical political economy, the political economy of development, and international political economy.
