Professor Emeritus, Michael Traugott was featured in a recent Global News article titled, "What will happen if Donald Trump refuses to concede." 

Donald Trump has suggested he could reguse to concede should he lose to Hillary Clinton in this election. However, Traugott clarifies that "it doesn't not really make a difference".  He continued to say, "It won't have any legal standing. In his real estate business he's used to suing people, but that's not going to work in deciding the outcome of an election."
