Three||Eight: Korean Literature in Northeast Asia is the new publication series launched in 2020 by the Nam Center in partnership with the University of Michigan Press and Literature Translation Institute of Korea. The series brings together English translations of literature produced in Korean language and under the condition of Korean division in four different sites in Northeast Asia: North and South Korea, Japan, and Northeast China. Each work is accompanied by a substantial critical introduction written by a leading scholar of Korean literature in North America. The first title of the series will appear in 2022.
