The iconic 25-foot U-M dragon is ushering in racers for Ann Arbor's premiere Art Fair race - Dart for Art ( https://www.dartforart.org)
The 8-person U-M dragon will dance to life starting on the corner of Liberty and State Street (Starbucks) at 5:30 PM. One glance at the dragon brings infinite good luck to all onlookers and the racers!
Join in the vibrancy of Ann Arbor's summer streetside events, another opportunity to get your heart rate up and experience local arts!
The event is organized by the Ann Arbor Street Art Fair - https://www.dartforart.org/
Presented by the Lieberthal-Rogel Center for Chinese Studies. This project was made possible by grants from the University of Michigan Arts Initiative and the Office of the Provost, Global Engagement.
Additional funding was provided by ArtsEngine, Center for World Performance Studies, Stearns Collection of Musical Instruments, and U.S. Department of Education.
