Sid Bhushan is a PhD student in Linguistics. His research focuses on studying multilingualism, particularly with heritage language users (such as children of immigrants), and modeling variation through a computational perspective of language acquisition.
Prior to arriving at Michigan, he received a BS in Computer Science and Linguistics from the University of Illinois.
Sid serves as a GSI for COMPFOR 111: "Computing's Impact on Justice: From Text to the Web" in FA26.
