About
Statistical theory and scientific data analysis are linked by a pipeline including model development, algorithm development, and software implementation. I enjoy research at both ends and all intermediate points of this pipeline. My research focuses on stochastic dynamic models and their inference using time series data. Scientific challenges pushing the limits of available statistical theory and methodology include (i) nonlinear, partially observed, noisy systems; (ii) spatio-temporal panel data.
