I can’t find the keys to my assigned vehicle?

I find personal belongings in the vehicle?

I get pulled over?

  • All information that you will need is in the glovebox in a BLUE folder(Note that the registration and insurance is all on one card). If you get a traffic violation ticket, you will be responsible for paying it.

I am unable to find a parking spot in the Hill or Church St. parking structures?

There is damage done to the vehicle?

  • ANY damage to vehicles must be emailed to LSA-CARS as soon as possible with the words “Vehicle Damage” and the car number in the subject line. They should also be documented on your Vehicle Report form. The driver responsible is not liable for damage, but they will need to assist LSA-CARS in filling out a damage report form for the University. Drivers will not incur any consequences for damage as long as they notify LSA-CARS immediately.

I get into an accident and/or the vehicle has a maintenance issue (Doesn’t start, engine light on, etc.)

  • Call 911 if there are any injuries, another driver is involved, or if it is affecting traffic.
Insurance information is provided in the folder in the glove box (it is included with the registration).
  • Call Fleet Services. Their number is listed on the emergency card in the mesh key pouch and in the BLUE folder in the glove box. Fleet Services will be able to provide you with roadside maintenance, towing, etc.
