Since starting at the LRC in July 2000, Phill has been steadily building his pedagogical and technical skill sets. He assists colleagues with the design, and production of web and mobile material for use by faculty and students; sometimes this includes the digitization, duplication, creation, or distribution of audio material. Phill works closely with language coordinators and other LRC Staff to deliver a plethora of learning materials.
