"Spirit of 798" by Brittlyn Tyler, was an entry in BOLD, the 2014 LRCCS photo contest. About her entry, Brittlyn wrote, "Looking down an alley in the 798 artist district, my eyes immediately focused on the angry, familiar face of a red solider. This series of caricature statues, especially the leader of the line, captures the rebellious spirit of the contemporary Chinese artist."
