Naudia's commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive educational environments took root during her graduate studies at Florida Atlantic University, where she taught College Writing courses with a focus on diversity and accessibility. Her passion for literature and creative expression also led her to serve as the Lead Poetry Editor for *The Swamp Ape Review* Literary Magazine. Now, as an Administrative Assistant and Student Experiences Coordinator at the Barger Leadership Institute, Naudia leverages her academic expertise to make a meaningful impact in both educational and professional settings.
When she's not in the office, you can find Naudia tending to her small garden, reading poet Mary Oliver, or rewatching *Buffy the Vampire Slayer*.
