Leadership Teaching Fellow
About
Anvita is a junior studying Business at the Ross School of Business and Computer Science in the College of Engineering. She is interested in the intersection of finance, technology, and social impact. Through her experiences at the LeaderShape Institute in 2025 and 2026, she has come to see leadership as guiding with purpose, building meaningful connections, and prioritizing collective success over individual accomplishments.
On campus, Anvita serves as a Student Advisory Board Member at the Ginsberg Center, a BBA Scholar, and a Team Lead for the America Reads Program, and is involved with the Och Initiative for Women in Finance. Outside of campus, she enjoys figure skating, running, visiting coffee shops around Ann Arbor, and spending time with friends.
As a Leadership Teaching Fellow, Anvita looks forward to learning from others, sharing her experiences, and creating a space where everyone feels comfortable contributing and growing.
