LSA Technology Services will be performing standard IT maintenance on the LSA Linux and Windows servers and various network appliances. These servers and services may be temporarily unavailable between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 1.
What are we doing?
We're performing routine maintenance:
- Applying firmware and software updates
- Performing additional hardware and software maintenance
- Testing disaster recovery plans
- Unracking retired hardware
What services will be impacted and for how long?
The following services will have intermittent and extended outages between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1:
- Bomgar screen sharing
- DRRS applications
- FileMaker database services
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Museums' Integrated Publishing Tool (IPT)
- SharePoint services for the college and university
- SQL databases and reporting services
- TeachTech
- Windows Lifecycle Management System (WLMS)
- WordPress for Payments
