Shanna Morse

Shanna joined the Univeristy of Michigan in 2023 and has a background in staffing and administration. She obtained her BA in Business Administration with an HR concentration from Eastern Michigan University in 2019. As a member of the LSA HR Transaction Team, Shanna can assist in the following areas:

• Process new employee hires, including eRecruit job posting, job offer, and completion of necessary employment paperwork. 
• Lecturer and graduate student new and reappointments, including drafting of offer letters, reappointment spreadsheets and required PAR and eRecruit transactions.
• Process PAR transactions such as new hires/reappointments/dry appointments, terminations, DBE changes, additional pay, summer appointments/ninths, supervisor changes, title changes, Pmod changes, overloads, effort change and appointment extensions.

In her free time, Shanna enjoys hot yoga and, weather permitting, outdoor activities such as hiking, roller blading and running.
