Social impact is an increasingly important component of business, especially as Gen Z continues to infiltrate and succeed in the working world. I want to be a part of the movement that calls on corporations and organizations to act in accordance with an established set of guidelines to ensure our planet and people are protected.
I am excited to pursue a diverse slate of courses, in which I can understand how businesses function and grow, and then use that knowledge to dismantle the systems of domination and inequity within them. Equitable workplaces are statistically proven to promote innovation and improved productivity. I want to help organizations to reach their maximum productivity level through fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace.
