Positive Organizational Scholarship and Decision-Making
My pathway explores how people shape organizations and how the decisions people make within organizations. I am interested in the psychological components of businesses such as the various ways to make organizations run as smoothly as possible. I am particularly interested in how positive organizational scholarship and decision-making can lead to failure and success within organizations. My coursework will allow me to understand how both individuals and groups shape the various behaviors and procedures of companies. This interdisciplinary approach to my studies allow me to pursue a future career in psychology.
