Fostering Equitable Change Through Creative Strategy and Development
My OS pathway is designed to further my passion for community-based work and growth. I am seeking an education in how to lead positive equitable change. Through courses in economics, strategy, organizational development, and policy, I am inspired to develop skills in strategizing solutions to complex problems and optimizing organizational resources for cost-effective approaches. Throughout my upbringing and academic journey, I have developed a deep interest in the intersection of economics, education, and social justice. While this is a passion of mine, as of now, I am primarily focused on gaining learning experiences in all avenues of knowledge, best equipping myself for a diverse and inclusive scope of work in positive change-making.
