PATHWAY
Strategic business decision making and human capital management for public sector organizations.
Throughout my career, I want to evoke change within public-sector organizations to better serve its people and workforce. I am particularly interested in how we can better run healthcare and government organizations to improve efficiency. With my degree in OS, I plan to explore how the healthcare system currently runs, how to create positive organizational change and learn best leadership practices. Combined with my Quantitative Methods of the Social Sciences minor, I will explore how data can be a vital tool for analyzing organizational efficiency and implementing new systems and data techniques. I also have a strong passion for sustainable practices within businesses. In tandem with my OS courses, I will explore the intersection between business and sustainability, also seen through my sustainability minor in the Program in the Environment. My OS degree will prepare me to pursue a career in workforce transformation and human capital advisory, specifically for public sector organizations.
