Implementing Effective Change in Organizations: Navigating Intersectionality of Business and People
My pathway is structured to encapsulate my intersecting interests in business, psychology, and corporate decision-making processes that influence organizations and the broader economy. I am driven by the desire to understand and acquire tools to initiate positive growth and human management. By emphasizing strategy, management, and psychology courses, I will be able to explore the intricate processes behind organizational structures and the human behavioral factors that shape them. By complementing my Organizational Studies degree with a minor in Business, I aim to learn business's more structured and fundamental elements while simultaneously developing a more holistic approach to the human aspects inherent in organizational dynamics. This coursework will offer practical insights into strategic decision-making, providing me with a framework for optimizing human capital and implementing effective solutions in real-world business settings to advance positive organizational change. This multi-faceted approach to studying business will equip me in my future aspirations of consulting.
