PATHWAY
Driving Organizational Transformation through Integrative Strategy, Decision Sciences, and Human Capability Optimization
I am driven by a deep curiosity to understand the complexities of how organizations are built, what factors contribute to their success or failure, and how to strategically navigate challenges to drive sustainable growth. My pathway explores the interplay of organizational strategy, decision sciences, marketing, and human capital management - seeking insights into the root causes of organizational issues and developing creative solutions.
Through an interdisciplinary lens combining business, psychology, economics, and sociology, I aim to unpack the intricate decision-making processes and human behavioral factors that shape organizational trajectories. This holistic understanding will equip me with the tools to optimize human capital, implement effective strategies, and propel positive organizational change as a future consultant.
Alongside core Organizational Studies coursework, I will pursue cluster courses that delve into strategic management, consumer behavior, leadership development, change management, and evidence-based decision-making. My educational journey will culminate in a robust foundation for analyzing organizational dynamics, devising innovative strategies, and guiding clients toward achieving their fullest potential through data-driven and people-centric solutions.
