Examining Healthcare and Healthy Living Through an Individual and Organizational Lens to Create a Successful Business
Healthy living is something that has been a large focus of my life for as long as I can remember and I want to help others achieve the same. Paired with a pre-dental focus outside of OS, I am interested in examining the intersection between health and successful organizational practice. I hope to learn about organizations that address the business and workplace aspect of the health industry along with how individuals interact and think within them. With my Organizational Studies degree, I intend to enter my professional career with a heightened understanding of the intricacies of the way organizations function in a desire to create the best possible business environment I am a part of. Combining my knowledge of people and organizations, I will be prepared to assess challenges and think strategically about how to create solutions. Along with a minor in Spanish, my diverse academic background will allow me to be a valuable member of any future dental practice and provide me the skills to run an effective workplace.
