Utilizing Marketing and Organizational Skills to Bring About Healthcare Initiatives and Nonprofit Work
Marketing provides a leadway in understanding consumer behavior, the way we can connect businesses and the public. I am particularly intrigued in applying marketing and organizational principles to the US healthcare systems as part of my career, as I aim to promote equity in health care and initiate public health changes. I aspire to be a dentist that works with and builds dental clinic to ensure proper dental care for all individuals in the community, including the lower-class. Marketing and Organizational studies serve as an integral component of my goal for me to learn how I can turn my ambitions into action. For instance, I am eager to learn about the principles behind how individuals can work successfully together in the work setting and marketing strategies to promote the goals and dental services to other non-profit dental organizations and the general community. These skills, coupled with a strong dental education, will create a sturdy foundation as I pursue my goal in promoting an effective dental organization to provide equitable access to dental care for all individuals in need, particularly the underserved communities.
