Global Human Capital Management
Having grown up in eight states across the U.S. in a Polish-American household, I was constantly surrounded by new subcultures. My experiences have transformed into a passion for working with people from numerous cultures, experiences, and backgrounds. Through Organizational Studies, I plan to take classes with emphasis on human-capital. In addition, my minors in Linguistics and Polish Language will add cultural perspectives to my degree and allow me to be successful in a future career in Human Resources. I am excited to work with diverse teams and individuals throughout my future!
