Business Strategy/Strategic Change and Decision-Making to Create Efficient Organizations
I am interested in both strategic organizational change and decision-making to determine how individual decisions impact an organization as a whole. I want to focus on the intersectionality of sociology, economics, and psychology to determine how people and organizations can better create change and function more efficiently. I am also interested in business strategy and how businesses can improve and work toward positive change. I want to apply my understanding of decision-making and strategic change to business management, strategy, and coming up with effective solutions to critical organizational problems. I hope to apply these interests to a career in Consulting.
