Post-Secondary Education within Developmental Psychology with additional interest in Human Resource Management
Through my pathway, I will gain knowledge regarding developmental psychology and HR management. These fields will further develop my leadership skills, guiding my career as a Developmental Psychology professor. I am excited to learn more through the courses within the OS curriculum, as they will provide me with ample opportunities to grow in relevant skills. I look forward to leading educators in groups in which social change can be advocated for. This goal can be accomplished through my participation in OS, where I will learn the necessary skills for these roles. I personally am interested in studying developmental psychology through the lens of family structures and it's effects upon overall success. I enjoy reasoning through psychological processes in an academic setting and exploring new ways to work with others to help them through psychological issues. I am double majoring in both Psychology and OS so that I am more effectively able to learn more about both fields of interest. This combination will provide me with a variety of perspectives and opportunities that will help me to engage with my community here at the University of Michigan and beyond.
