Human Capital Management under Positive Leadership
I am interested in how corporations can simultaneously meet financial goals while also ensuring employee work satisfaction. I believe that under positive leadership, employees can have both a productive an affirming career that challenges them to consistently increase their talent while also taking time to develop themselves. After the COVID-19 pandemic, corporations had to completely rethink their expectations for employees, initiating more hybrid working models, flexible working times, and other employee benefits that were never offered before. I am interested to see how these new workplace initiatives should arise in the face of a new generation entering the workforce. Additionally, I am interested in learning the fundamentals of business, like accounting and marketing. This will allow me to understand the core processes of business transactions, which I can analyze to determine if they can be changed in order to create less stressful and more productive work atmospheres.
