Developing Empathy and Resilience in the Workplace
Why is culture important? What makes a place worth working for? How can we provide people tools to make meaningful contributions to organizations? I'm fascinated by these questions and am passionate about empowering people to their fullest potential.
As organizations move toward global expansion, cultural competence in leaders becomes essential, as teamwork cannot exist without equity and inclusion. My pathway in Organizational Studies allows me to examine the complexity of human behavior and ways that we can improve cultural intelligence, team dynamics, and overall satisfaction in the workplace. Through courses such as Organizational Wrongdoing and Psychology of Inequality, I hope to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to develop authentic leaders and create positive change in the world.
