Organizational Culture and Relationships
Work teams are a popular method for firms to accomplish more than we can on our own. I aim to understand how our involvement in work teams and these relationships with coworkers can positively shape the way we think, make decisions, and become most successful. I plan on using my psychology degree and research background in close relationships with my Organizational Studies major to understand relationships within an organization and how that can best impact everyone involved. Through my pathway, I hope to learn how to facilitate a positive and collaborative organizational culture, how to properly manage relationships within the workplace, and most importantly, how to better facilitate an inclusive culture for all.
