Exploring Sustainability's Role within Organizations; Working Toward a More Environmentally-Conscious Future
As a student in the Organizational Studies major at the University of Michigan, I have chosen the Environment and Sustainability pathway to help me achieve my career goals of promoting positive change within organizations. This pathway provides me with a unique opportunity to explore how to create socially and environmentally responsible organizations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Through the Environment and Sustainability pathway, I am learning about the impact of climate change and how it affects organizations, as well as how to create sustainable business practices that help reduce environmental impact. I am also studying civil rights violations within organizations and learning about ways to combat these injustices through organizational change.
