Exploring Creative Strategy Development Through the Lens of Marketing and Advertising to Optimize Organizational Success
Over the past three semesters, I have been fascinated by the interactions between my psychology, communications, and organizational studies classes. I have learned how psychological concepts, such as implicit biases, affect workplace dynamics and how communication and media are inherently important in organizations. I am eager to delve into more of these psychological phenomena, such as social proof where individuals tend to copy the actions of others and learn how they affect the success of marketing campaigns and advertisements. Through my pathway, I will acquire an in-depth understanding of how psychology impacts strategy while helping me become a successful negotiator and marketer. Combining my pathway with the Ross School of Business Cappo Sales Track, I will explore business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales, further equipping me with knowledge on how to attract consumers and create successful business strategies for organizational success.
