Optimizing Educational Organizations Through Creative Strategy and Leadership
Education plays a vital role in the development of future generations on a professional, academic, and social scale. Unfortunately, the systems that exist in the United States are inefficient, historically failing students through insufficient academic resources, low teacher retention, and/or gun culture across the country. Through my OS pathway, I hope to immerse myself in varying spaces of social science, including business, social work, and economics, to gain skills in creative strategic development with the intention of bringing creative solutions to educational organizations.
This multifaceted approach of problem solving diversifies the macro- and micro-level policy composition at local, state, and national levels. As an indivdiual who is interested working within a variety of disciplines within the education sphere, my coursework is representative of the amount of intersections that can be found across these different sectors.
