Using Positive Leadership to Promote Wellbeing, Productivity, and Diversity in the Workplace
In some respects, the workplace has become an antiquated space, especially in a post-pandemic world. Thus, the next generation of business leaders must provide innovative solutions to how organizations can better fit their employees' needs. This includes improved access to mental health resources and a greater emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations. These changes will help increase employee productivity, satisfaction, and well-being which will, in turn, benefit the company. I am excited to pursue a focus on positive leadership while also learning how to improve DEI and mental health resources in the workplace. Building strong relationships between coworkers and creating a welcoming and safe environment will help companies navigate what a 'workplace' will be and look like in the future.
