I believe that human relationships are at the center of every organization. Therefore, via the interdisciplinary major in Organizational Studies and the Ross School of Business Cappo Sales Track, I hope to explore the human side of the business. I want to understand why consumers make the choices they do and use this knowledge to help businesses develop creative strategies and mitigate problems. In the intersection between economics, marketing, and psychology, I aim to understand the intricacies of human behavior, decision making, and business strategy.
