Many of our graduates enter the field of consulting immediately upon graduation. Yet, when they are considering entering a consulting career, they are often unsure of what the field is all about.
Shaun Varga (OS ’11), is an experienced associate in the Health Industries, People & Change division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers focusing on organizational change management, process improvement, R&D productivity, and training design & delivery. He also worked on process improvement for international patent matters at a boutique intellectual property consultancy.
Lily Wong (OS ’11) is currently a Business Analyst in Accenture's Management Consulting practice, with a focus on the Talent & Organization space. She has provided change management services to clients undergoing systems implementations and workforce transformations in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, automotive, and financial services. Her specific interests lie within HR transformations and process improvement.
Chad Fry has helped place OS graduates into various consulting companies including BearingPoint, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. He is currently a consultant at PeopleFirm leading talent management efforts and a number of business-driven initiatives, including competency solutions, talent acquisition redesign, succession planning design and execution, performance management, and talent review program design.
