Jennifer Cooper (OS ’12) joined the Human Resources Rotation Program at Capital One and is currently an International Compensation Consultant for Capital One’s businesses in the UK, Canada, India, and the Philippines. She was also a member of Capital One’s Executive Development Team where she supported various development programs and portfolios. Katie McAllister (OS ‘05) has held diverse positions in Whirlpool Corporation, including HR business partner and generalist roles. She has supported business groups including operations, engineering, sales, finance and IT. Gretchen Zech (UM ‘91) is senior vice president of global human resources (HR) for Arrow Electronics, Inc. She is responsible for Arrow's global HR strategy and operations and oversees talent and performance management, professional development, and compensation and benefits initiatives for the company. She has also held leadership positions at Bloomingdale’,s Best Buy, and Johnson Controls.
