About
Annika Smits is a senior majoring in Art & Design -concentrating on illustration, graphic design, and painting- and minoring in Spanish. Alongside her studies and work, she is a Layout Director for the Gargoyle Humor Magazine on campus where she enjoys collaborating with other creative minds. She hopes that her work on creating marketing visuals for the Institute will help more students from the university become engaged with the humanities and their community. In her free time, she loves to read, puzzle, and sometimes sketch or draw if schoolwork isn’t too demanding.
