About
Sabahat Haidari is a senior majoring in Evolutionary Anthropology and she is also on the track to apply to dental school next year. One of her greatest passions is dance and she is part of several student organizations and teams, including Michigan Taal and the Indian American Student Association, where she pursues her love for the sport. In these organizations, Sabahat has learned the importance of community and her goal is to create safe and welcoming spaces for students across campus with different identities and backgrounds. Through working with the Institute for Humanities, Sabahat knows that she is several steps closer to that goal. In her free time you will find Sabahat studying for her classes in the Michigan Union Ideahub, making choreography in empty Mason Hall classrooms, and likely getting boba from Quickly on Fridays.
