Elena Marie Rosario is a public historian and Ph.D. candidate in History at the University of Michigan. During the 2023-2024 academic year, she is a visiting fellow at Harvard University. Her research interests include labor, education, social movements, and identity. Rosario's dissertation documents the history of Puerto Ricans in Hartford, Connecticut, and employs public history to produce material that makes Puerto Rican stories more accessible through deliverables.
