Bio: Hi! My name is Kate Hetzner and I am a junior here. I am doing a double major, studying BHS and German, with the goal of going to medical school. Coming from Frankenmuth, MI, a small German community, learning German has been a part of my life and school curriculum since a young age. This summer I am studying at the Goethe Institut in Freiburg for six weeks, and I am super excited for this experience! Outside of my studies, I volunteer at Michigan Medicine, volunteer with Perfect Pair, and am an active member in my sorority. Additionally, I love traveling, playing tennis, going for walks, and watching Michigan sports (specifically football and baseball)!
