Bio: Hello all!
I'm Angelina and I’m happy to be joining the German peer mentor team as I’m going into my third year here at the University of Michigan! I’m currently majoring in Biology, with a minor in German and plan to attend Med School after my time here at UMich. Before this, I received an associate’s degree at Lansing community college and was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. The summer of 2025 was my first time abroad and I participated in the CGIS Semester abroad in Tübingen. The ability to live in Germany was second to none. The beautiful sights and the culture I was able to experience was extremely fun and the experience taught me a lot about myself. I’ve created strong friendships with the people I met and would not trade the experience for anything.
During my free time, I’m usually spending it with family, crocheting, painting, baking, camping, or playing Video games(Skyrim and Stardew are my current favorites). I’m a FGCS, Transfer Student, and commuter student so if you have any questions about managing what sometimes feels like everything all at once or just want to rant/chat, feel free to reach out!
