Mary Rodena-Krasan

Mary Rodena-Krasan is Lecturer IV and Undergraduate Advisor in the German Department at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She received her doctorate from the Washington University in St. Louis in Germanic Languages and Literatures. Her research interests include: postcolonialism; Afro-Futurism; the German colonial imagination as reflected in German Science Fiction and Fantasy; and the intersectionality of technology and pedagogy. Her teaching style revolves around a student-centered, inclusive, forward-thinking environment for the classroom.
