RC Faculty Virginia Murphy, of the RC Social Theory and Practice Program, has been nominated for a Golden Apple Award, which is the only award for which students submit nominations.

Among the comments submitted by nominating students was:
"Professor Murphy is an outstanding professor. She has a vast knowledge base and communicates to students in a relatable and respectful way. She values collaboration. She really cares about what she is teaching."
