The Fellow will have the opportunity to develop their professional skills through working closely with faculty and staff leaders in the college. Overall, this Fellowship is designed to give recent graduates an immersive role in the LSA administration, which will provide the knowledge and experience for the fellow to move onto other higher education or educational administration positions, or pursue graduate programs in these fields.
"Being the Dean's Fellow means that I get to see, first hand, what it takes to make decisions at a college and having a helping hand in it. I get to serve on committees and have an impact on the future of the DEI Strategic Plan. My appreciation for diversity, understanding of others' values and needs, and ability to communicate messages to various people was fostered and grown during my time as a student and working in the RC!"
