"[The Residential College is] a hidden treasure of the university. With the overwhelming size and complexity at the U of M, the Residential College provides a place to feel at home, with all of your identities embraced."

“Close interaction with professors, strong living/learning communities, a sense of belonging, sophomores wanting to live in the residence halls. What does this describe? The report of the President’s Committee on the Undergraduate Experience that spells out two things: guidelines for improving the undergraduate experience and the already existing living/learning community of the Residential College.”

I'm Logan Corey, Director of RC Admissions and Recruitment!
Since graduating from the RC with a B.A. with Distinction and High Honors in Creative Writing - Literature, I've been working with various student groups and higher education initiatives.
With nearly a decade of working for the RC and 6 years as the Director of Admissions, I love to talk about the RC and enjoy answering questions from prospective students.
If you decide to join us, the RC will be unlike anything you’ve experienced before, but in the best ways! You’ll meet faculty who challenge and inspire you, and who blow you away with their kindness and empathy. You’ll take classes on subjects you had no idea existed (ever heard of “How to Think About: Cyanotypes”?) and learn skills you never thought yourself capable of mastering.
If you have other questions, don't hesitate to email me at iamlogan@umich.edu.
