We are delighted to share that eight new teachers from across Michigan are joining the 2020-21 MENA-SEA Teacher Program for its second year, focusing on the topic of Religious and Cultural Diversity in MENA and SEA.
The new cohort includes Susan Bertoni ( English Language Learner (ELL) Education, World History, US History, Biology, and Algebra, North Farmington High School), Amy Frontier (English Language Arts and World Literature, Pioneer High School), Barbara Gazda (AP US Government, AP Comparative Government, American Government, and English 12, Hartland High School), David Hales (Social Studies, Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency), Karen Leland Libby (Humanities, Interlochen Arts Academy), Ross Newman (World History, U.S. History, and History vs. Hollywood, Monroe High School), Susan Syme (AP Human Geography and AP Seminar, Troy Athens High School), and Kymberli A. Wregglesworth (World History and Cultures, Modern U.S. History, Women’s Studies, Civics, and Current Events, Onaway Secondary School).
